For an information design university project, I decided to map a person's emotions across one day. I created a key consisting of simple faces – the "moodometer". The faces were then placed across a timeline. The bigger the face, the stronger the emotion was. It highlighted the ups and downs of a person's feelings in relation to experiences.

The beauty of the moodometer is for each person who would map their experiences with it will end up with a completely different visual outcome.
